Taylor Walker - Kensington and Chelsea

ENG: typical London pub on the corner. delicious cuisine and distinctive place. not suitable for a quick meal, but perfect for a tasty lunch.

Used this pub for breakfast due to hotel only doing continental breakfasts. The Full English for me and the Veggie for my wife were very adequate served by a friendly couple of barstaff. The pub is in the middle of Earls Court but wasn't too busy at the time of day visited. Price was good for the london area as well.

We ate at two different locations of Taylor Walkers just because the food is so good. The fish and chips was in my opinion just okay but the meat pies are outstanding. This a a pub so it tends to be loud and crowded but neverlheless it is worth going to for the food as well.

Many many pubs belongs to Taylor Walker chain and you should avoid them. Real ales are real ales but expensive. Food is only average and specially this place was poor service. You will bet more value to your money to visit other places that Taylor Walker pubs... many belong to some chain but that is to worst in my opinion.

You need to order at the bar. Nice food, Large range of drinks and okay service. Nice setting. EU 2016 is projected on tv's here.
