We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing time at this lovely pub. The atmosphere was pleasant, the establishment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We would definitely recommend it.
The service at this restaurant was poor and disinterested, with expensive drinks (Diet Coke priced at £4.50, Guinness at £7.80) and average food. During our family Sunday lunch, we waited for 30 minutes without any attention and eventually had to go to the bar to request service. The portions of food were ungenerous and of average quality. When we expressed our disappointment to the manager on duty, they showed little concern. I would recommend avoiding this place.
The once charming restaurant has completely changed under new corporate ownership, resulting in a loss of its former charm. The owners seem to be out of touch with their customers and prefer to blame others for their declining business. For a better dining experience, consider visiting Hunter's Moon on Fulham Road. Prince Harry would likely enjoy it there.
Apart from the terrible service food £30 was added between being shown the bill given the c/c machine; this is stealing beware! Our waiter obviously had no experience, hospitality not his future; everyone complained about their food. Apparently under new ownership and the locals have gone, place was empty. What a shame, used to great local pub/ restaurant.
