The food here is excellent, though the service can be inconsistent at times. The ambiance is pleasant, which adds to the overall experience.

The food was enjoyable. I went with my cousin, and although it took some time to pick up our order, it felt like an even longer wait to receive our food. I’d like to believe they might be short-staffed, but we went during a less busy time. Once our meals arrived, the waitress checked on us about four times, which was nice. Despite the delays, I still decided to leave a good tip.

I've never had any issues dining here; the food is always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, and I love the new outdoor patio that accommodates my dog. The place is consistently decorated for the holidays and sports seasons. I've been coming here since I started at Kent, and I absolutely love it!
