Papa John's Pizza - Kent

Placed an order for delivery online. Called awhile later as we still didn't have our food. Turns out the online system was down. No big deal except the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and short with my husband and didn't even offer to place a new order for us. 10/10 do not recommend this branch of papa johns.

Sometimes my order is messed up . We haven’t ordered in months . So who ever is management now did an amazing job ! Tyler the manager and cater the delivery guy went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and that we were satisfied . Thank you so much for your teams hard work ! I was almost happy. My meal was actually delivered on time and actually had meat. Unfortunately, it was missing 2 sauces I had paid for

3rd time I've received a papadia with most of the ingredients missing. WTF papa johns?!?

Food is normally pretty good one of my favorite places especially when pregnant but today the service was horrible. The GM was snotty and rude for no reason. Very combative I asked not to speak to me after she told me to wait outside for my order when there were seats in the establishment. Very racist individual. Threatening to call the cops when she was the one picking an altercation with me. Typically Karen starting the issue and then playing victim. I'm pregnant and had my 4 youngest kids out of 8 in the truck just wanting to give my kids an after school snack
