Pizza Hut - Kent

The restaurant is impeccably clean, perhaps even a bit too much, with a noticeable scent of cleaning products in the air. The food is outstanding; however, I wouldn't recommend it as a place to just grab drinks, as their beverage options are limited.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was exceptional, and the place was spotless. The food met my expectations and tasted great. The staff were friendly and made an effort to offer the best prices and deals. I would definitely return!

If I'm writing a review, it's usually either going to be a one-star or a five-star experience. Unfortunately, this location earns a one-star rating. The food is what you'd expect, and I do enjoy their pizza—if you can actually get it. My experience began with using their online app, which promised delivery in 30 minutes. However, after waiting 50 minutes, I called and learned that they use Uber Eats for delivery and had no control over timing. I decided to go in for pickup instead. When I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started, and now it had been over an hour since I placed it. I requested a refund, but they told me they couldn’t provide one. After a ten-minute discussion, primarily focused on how frustrating this situation was, I left empty-handed and without a refund. Thankfully, I disputed the $48 charge with my credit card company and received a full refund. Additionally, I contacted Pizza Hut’s corporate office, and they confirmed that the location was wrong for not issuing me a credit.
