The pizza was delicious and ready on time, and the staff at the counter was polite. It was a perfect meal.

They don’t deliver to my address but there are close one need close and don’t do business if they know how do business

I had ordered cinnabin with my points, but I did not recieve them, but my points were deducted.Last night I ordered garlic sauce, was charged, yet I did not receive it.

I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut and it has always been my go-to for pizza. But my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium pepperoni pan pizza and a double order of breadsticks. The pizza was okay, just a little underbaked for my taste, but a quick trip to the toaster oven fixed that. However, the real letdown was the breadsticks. They were overbaked and dry, with overly sweet marinara sauce that was only filled halfway in the cups. Overall, a disappointing experience. Maybe I should have just gone with Domino's instead.

We never received our food. We called 30 minutes before the restaurant closed, only to be told by the call center that the restaurant was already closed. When we asked to speak to a manager, they put us on hold and then hung up on us. Instead of a delivery driver, they used DoorDash, and the driver claimed to have left the food but actually returned it to the restaurant. The only positive interaction we had was with the person at the restaurant when we initially placed our order.
