I regularly sit in the bar... The bartenders (Chris and Hannah) are AWESOME.. They take care of you as soon as you walk in.. My drink was delivered in less that 2 min.. food showed up in less than 5!! All fresh and tasty! Those 2 and all the rest work as a TEAM!! THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Amelia provided amazing service at Red Robin in Kent's East Hill. The food was also excellent. After several disappointing dining experiences in recent years, this restaurant stands out as a shining example of good service and enjoyable food. If you're looking for a place where the staff is genuinely happy to do their job, I highly recommend visiting this Red Robin location.

The bartender, Chris, is both amusing and well-informed about the menu. He strikes a perfect balance between attentiveness and giving you space to enjoy your meal. We have visited many times and always request to be seated in the bar with him as our server. Chris excels at recommending drinks, and the service here is quick and the food always fresh. We really appreciate the hard work of the staff at this location.

The food was tasty. The hostess seemed efficient, as if she didn't notice us. She seated about 6 families who arrived after us. It was not considerate of her. Even though the restaurant was not crowded and there was plenty of space, it was clear there was enough room for everyone.
