Subway - Kent

I've stopped at this subway on several occasions. Always been happy.

We were at the Brimfield location today at 5:00pm 11/16/23 to pick up a couple subs for dinner, we are local so go there once or twice a month Tonight the girl behind the counter was working on another order ahead of us waiting in line and dropped an ingredient on the floor she picked it up (with her gloves on) and put it in the garbage then continued to make the customers sub ahead of us with the same gloves on that just touched the floor and the garbage can : O . We just walked out and will never be back.We love Subway, and just sad we just can never go there ever again

The two gentlemen did not look happy at all to be working. Very emotionless and just not the customer service type. Everyone has bad days though! The food was great! Prices are rising but that is everywhere!

I drive out of my way to go to this subway when I eat lunch at work. The one girl there is always super friendly and the other workers are just as polite and friendly.
