My $3 side of rice... Can you please respond and fix this? The manager is like super mean...

They were super busy but they were all working really well together. They were super friendly right when I walked in. I ordered food for my entire family and they treated me awesome. For sure recommend these guys. Super friendly and amazing food.

I ordered food online for pickup. But. When I finished placing the order a little after midnight it said I could pick it up after 10 am. It was Sunday and I didn't realize they close 3 hours earlier on Sunday. I called them right at 10am the next morning to cancel the order since I was at work and didn't need it the next day. The lady on the phone kept trying to get me to come get it instead of cancelling the order. She finally agreed to cancel it but she never did. I called to complain and she told me to call back in a few days when the manager is there. I got told the same thing when I did call back and after a week of trying to get ahold of someone to refund the order they blocked my cell phone. I went in to ask for my refund and again was told the manager is not there. It's been 2 weeks and still no refund or manager on duty!

Do you like long, thick, dark hair in your food? If so, this is the place for you. Obviously no one bothers to wear a hair net. Just filed a complaint with the health dept. I would avoid this place! I would give them a zero if I could. And don't bother to call to speak with the manager to report a problem. They hung up on us 2 times. Disgusting.

Visited over the weekend and ordered a carnitas burrito. A good portion of the inside was pork fat. This isn't a normal occurrence, but I won't be ordering this again for some time.
