Santa Barbara Char is absolutely fantastic! The addition of bacon was the perfect touch. Don't miss out on the Sweet Potato Fries and Cookies and Cream Shake either - they are too delicious to resist!

Pretty good burger, thoroughly enjoyed it, as well as the onion rings! Did forget my ranch tho, luckily they were amazing without it!

I did not receive one of the burgers I ordered, and the ones I did get were lacking in ingredients. Some of the caramelized onions were only partially cooked.

The restaurant was unable to complete orders as requested. Customers should be prepared for missing items such as bacon, even if they paid extra for it, as well as basics like napkins and a straw for drinks. (Note: the menu indicates whether these items are included or not)
