Mcdonald's - Kentwood

We had to wait almost half an hour for our order. as soon as we got it, it was cold, and no cleaner table at the place. I counted 8 people who work so that no personal shortage. will not go back there.

It was terrible. 25 minutes waiting for my food. fries was cold. the whole help that goes around could take us less care of our commands. never eat here again.

Had all my taste buds ready for a double quarter pounder. it's been a year since I had one, so I was really excited about it. I got it home and it was burned and looked like a $3 double cheeseburger. What's wrong with our world?

I love this place. They have always got my orders right, very attentive and nice manager, even if something in my order is wrong, they almost fix it immediately. the load is also very clean. highly recommended!

Blatantly racist against white customers. If you're the wrong skin color, they make you wait and wait and wait until you finally give up and walk out the door. They don't care about making money here. Only thing they care about is punishing white skin color. Has happened on multiple occasions. Terrible people.
