New York Fried Chicken - Kentwood

Was A little creepy at nighttime, but the food was banging and the employees. We're nice accommodating, but that. Oh, Lord, it was awesome.

Smdh since the owner passed away very unfriendly, unwelcoming flat out prejudice and nasty set of people.

First time ever eating there, the guy taking ur order is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!! Old fries, missing drinks, no rolls as listed and nothing appears fresh, I would not recommend

Ordered doordash twice. first time told me they couldn’t cancel my order on their end with no dasher for 1 hour then finally after another hour of waiting to cancel order and go to bed they decided to cancel. Second time ordering DoorDash from this place didn’t receive info on the dasher and was told it was an employee and waited extra time while communicating with a rude and disrespectful employee that refused to once again cancel order. Food is great, service is absolutely terrible. Refer to the other one star reviews before deciding to place and order here. As a server who prides herself in executing tasks correctly and proving informative services, I am extremely disappointed in this restaurants communication skills and customer service.

Chicken was fire. Service was fast and restaurant was clean.
