Wendy's - Kentwood

I remember working back here 6 or so years ago. it was terrible. I remember one of the managers screaming at a 50-year-old Latino employee because she made me a chicken sandwich. btw there is a good chance the burger and chicken sandwiches they serve were made hours ago, as they often sit on the grill until someone orders them (sometimes for up to 4 5 hours). this facility is managed by people who want to squeeze out every last cent they can while they don't care about their employees or customers.

Here I am at 611 pm on July 24th and the done in did are locked even though the dining room says open 9am-930pm. Do better Wendy's.

Great service, never busy and always gets my order correct. Staff is always so nice.

Best Wendy’s Location!!!Since COVID-19 this location has struggled to keep staffed up but the employees they have always been friendly and doing everything they can. Our most recent drive thru visit was the best it has been! They rep taking the order answered questions and provided information needed to make the best choice. They had both windows open for payment and food pick up, both attendants actually greeted me which doesn’t happen at most places.

If you like BBQ sauce, do not go to this Wendy 's! These workers are absolute HOARDERS because I know darn well they be stocking up on that BBQ sauce. I 'm almost always asked if I want sauce with my chicken nuggies, and I will reply with BBQ sauce please my good sir/lady . You would think being as kind as possible would help with getting an order right, but it seems to only make things worse. The only time I do get BBQ sauce is when I don 't ask for it. Weird how that works. Anyway, give me my sauce please. I pay absurd amounts of hard earned cash money just to get dry nuggets. Thank you, and I will consider editing/updating my review.
