Burger King - Keokuk

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes only to find out they had no record of my order. When I complained, they blamed short staffing and were disrespectful. Every visit resulted in long wait times. The windows are covered, making it difficult to see inside, which gives the impression they may not even be open. They need to reevaluate their employees and operations entirely.

The older Caucasian woman who was working the cash register and taking orders at this restaurant had extremely poor customer service. She seemed disinterested and impatient, even mentioning that she couldn't wait to go home and get high. Overall, her behavior was unprofessional and she had a bad attitude, making snide remarks when I asked for unsweetened tea. The tea she served was so thick it was like syrup. She even mentioned that she doesn't like working with people in public. I'm not sure what the job orientation is at this establishment, but this woman definitely needs to be re-evaluated.

The service at this restaurant is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious. Using the app made our meal very affordable; we were able to feed 4 adults and 3 children for less than $40.00.

Was clean and restroom was clean as well. Food was good and hot. Serve was good.

The older woman who took my order made me repeat it like 5 times, she had a horrible attitude and doesn't need to be working directly with the public! She had the attitude that very much showed she felt like I was bothering her. When my order was ready I asked for some mayonnaise and mustard she rudely informed me they had no packets of either. I should have asked her to get a little cup of each from the person preparing the food but by this time I was so disgusted with her attitude I let it go! Mainly because I knew I will NEVER go to this Burger King again and her nasty attitude was not going to mess up my day! She really needs a lesson on customer service or needs to work in the back away from customers!!!!!
