Ordered an hour ago to eat on site, haven't received any food yet, take online orders in between.

The small portion is good enough for me. Prices are like the average chip shop. Only order on screen

Visited 3 times. 1st time closed while online and on TV on site (outside) it said they were open. 2nd time, very long waiting time and when you get to the cash register, they say that you actually have to order via the screens on the counter, which was not clearly indicated. 3rd time waiting for no less than an hour. Online orders are coming in all the time. Clearly too few aircraft and crew to make it happen. I have never experienced that in any chip shop. To end on a positive note: the fries are tasty, but that's a personal matter of course.

Eating out with my fiancé, every fish hole in the chip shop, is not worth repeating. I had asked for a lightly fried satay with herbs, the herbs were not tasteable and the satay was fried way too hard. My shrimp croquette was still cold inside and the fries were lukewarm and the large portion of stew sauce was on the small side. I don't think the price/quality ratio matches at all.
