Domino's Pizza - Kernersville

Me and my boyfriend ordered our pizzas from the app and never received it, after we had called they said that they would remake our pizzas and send them back out but they would have the driver call when they dropped off the pizza and the driver never called or knocked on the door when dropping off our pizza so we didn't get our pizza until late that night with ants crawling all over our pizza.

Ordered a veggie pizza and found meat pieces.Pasta was extreme dry with no sauce at all.When asked why there were meat pieces in a veggie pizza, they had nothing to say. Not even felt sorry for what they did n on top of that I just had to leave the store as do not even tell me how they are compensating.Never going back to this store ever again.

As a previous domino’s employee it’s not hard to make a pizza good, especially a two topping at that. It was not cut into a single piece and there was no garlic oil. This is basic stuff for a hand tossed pizza.

Extremely rude and unprofessional “general manager” wrong food over four times. Hung up on twice. Will never use this location ever again. Dominoes has tried to te brand over and over. This is why. You don’t need to re brand you need to train your staff. I cannot believe the service and attitude from this location. I have a recorded phone call of anyone wants to hear it also. Do not I realest do not ever use this location.

Lots of kids working there tonight. There really needs to be adult supervision. I had to get a refund because our order was lost or something. Not entirely sure. I guess their business is to good to worry about one more order and making sure to at least keep customers. I will never order domino's again. Wish I could leave zero
