Mcdonald's - Kerrville

Rude, and untrained. I get more use out of a blind mule with 1 leg.Just left there, the guy who took my order was short with me immediately for no reason. Had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a receipt..I always get a receipt because of this right here. He totally ignored part of my order on purpose. I get asked to pull up to a holding spot for the drive through. So I looked at my receipt, no regular chicken sandwich on the receipt. So the manager comes out with my order and I tell him about the sandwich. He puts the receipt back in the bag and says. I'll be right back. 10 minutes later I left after being lied to. You have to do better than this petty lying to customers. You cowards shouldn't be working in customer service, you don't have the guts to own up to your mistakes. I don't eat McDonald's anymore or that much fast food at all. But they are quick but there's orders. Don't bother standing at the register to order. They ignore you and force you to use the

The manager was rude to us . We was hit in the back of our truck and he told us your blocking my drive ..

I'm not much of a fast food person but we did come in with alot of people and the staff were on their A game.

It's hit or miss with this McDonalds. Sometimes the food comes out hot and sometimes warm. Some of the staff is friendly while others are not. It's ok.
