Feedback gevenWhen we arrived, it was closed due to unforeseen circumstances (a note on the door) that is fair enough to pass these things. However, a text or an e-mail would have been appreciated to let us know, as it was New Year's Day, and there is no chance to book somewhere else at this point.
It wasn't open! we had two bookings and we came to find it was closed. we think they should inform us
Very bad experience. we booked in the oktober and looked forward to an evening with friends. the text confirmation was reordered the day before. in restaurant only traveled to find it in darkness with a note on the door. frightening customer service, as we found out that the restaurant was closed for a series of weeks. While a text that says that the venue was closed would have been disappointed, we would have allowed us to book an alternative.
What can I say!? Booked table in advance, received a confirmation email a couple of days before and I confirmed our attendance. Turned up in good time on the Friday to find the place closed, with a sign on the door saying CLOSED sorry for any inconvenience. Then receive this request from OpenTable to post a review. Thankfully we only drove 20 miles for this meal and managed to find alternative restaurant as a walk-in on Friday night during half-term.
Booked and turned up place shut!!!!!!! No call or anything, looks like shut for a while!
