Mcdonald's - Keswick

The staff here is friendly and friendly. the load was very clean. we had only ice and coffee, but they were also very good. this place is very definitiv one of the better.

Try a break on the search for points / coupons, but too much annoyed, while in the car for the drive through. I swear, that's the last time I don't cancel my trip or go too late if the hot cakes that make the bungalow on mcgriddles aren't cost. it is disgusting that pancake juice come while trying to eat what should be firm and moist, not pummel.

The line here is always super long but it goes relatively quicker than other mcdonalds, food is great, the inside is clean and has a playplace too (unsure if open due to covid)

Any time I go they have some problem or shift change or drive through closed. Last time I went there the I drove into the drive through, was told to come back in 10 minutes then went to drive out and there is some guy at the window in his truck talking to the girl there, didn't move to let me out for like 5 minutes even though he had clearly not ordered food and was just talking to his girlfriend or something. Then I pulled into the parking lot and some masked deranged employee comes out and starts yelling at me, he has a speech impedemiment on top of his mask so I have no idea what this guy is saying, he is very hostile, never faces me when talking to me. Why the heck would I ever come back here?

Being in a little town with nothing ever open past 9pm. McDonald’s is only place to get anything to eat or drink. I work nights so my husband takes me to McDonald’s maybe once a week. I have yet to ever get an order correct, a straw not once) and there ALWAYS cleaning the ice cream machine or frozen drink machines. I mean these machines must sparkle clean. Me and my husband wanted to test the store. We went around 10:30 ish and they were cleaning these machine Apparently so we decided to go back at 12am and we got the same answer “ we are cleaning the machines” You would think they would want to make money being only restaurant open in town instead they have incompetent lazy staff that are useless. It’s so frustrating! Maybe it’s time for new management or head office to be getting these complaints I’m sure head office doesn’t like company stores turning away business due to laziness. Seriously Keswick McDonalds get your sh **t together
