Feedback gevenBrutal service!!Just popped in at 8:10pm to order they close at 10pm). To meet both servers mopping telling us to wait a minute while we order. Then to have them say wait over there to have the server roll her eyes that she had to serve us. Then take her sweet time to come over to counter, flip her hair up in disgust that she had to deal with us. Then finally tries to go wash her hands slowly. So we left without ordering. This young generation does not want to work at all and are bothered by it when they have too.
Ordered 2 6 subs. Asked for guacamole (extra charge) on the first. There was barely any left in the tray, yet the worker tried to use a knife to scrape off every little bit and it barely covered the bread on my first. Asked for it on my second, and she still didn't get a new bag, just kept trying to scrape guac off the metal tray that wasn't there. It was so sad as she kept flinging the knife against my sub, trying to get non existent guac onto my second sub. Basically paid extra for guac that I didn't get. Then at the checkout the machine asked how much I want to tip. Lol, no thanks..
Often closes way before posted hours of operation and attitude from staff leaves much to be desired. Food quality is often questionable, such as stale bread and rancid toppings.
I ordered subs online and when I received my food, there was a note saying they were out of green peppers instead of making more. I have never experienced a Subway or Mr. Sub run out of a topping before. It seems like they don't prioritize online orders, as the bread was stale and there were no toppings on my sandwich.
There isn't much else to say about a chain restaurant; they typically have the same menu and use the same ingredients as all the other locations (at least in North America).
