Wanted to try some German-inspired breakfast. Found this place at the Sun Valley Mall, which seems to be attached to a hotel, surrounded by mountains. While we were there, Santa popped in. Service is fast, efficient friendly. Fresh-squeezed orange juice, open kitchen, pastry display, and diverse menu included variations in omelettes, Benedicts, crepes, even avocado tower toast. Order your breakfast with Yukon rosti (hash brown patty). English muffins taste scratch-made, a little more soft silky. They have a soup with spaetzle
