Saffron Indian Cuisine - Ketchum

Wow! There aren't many Indian restaurants that can match the level of expertise in cooking traditional Indian dishes like Saffron. Well done! It's now one of our two favorite places to enjoy Indian cuisine, alongside Sherpa House in Golden, CO. The food was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be coming back.

The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional! I definitely plan on returning. The korma and chicken masala dishes were incredibly delicious. I highly recommend trying the cauliflower appetizer as well.

The food at this restaurant is not truly Indian. There were no Indian staff members such as servers, greeters, or chefs. The flavors of the food seemed like a random mix of spices without attention to balance or relevance. Even after complaining about the food, the server was unwilling to make any changes or offer a refund or replacement. It is clear that they lack knowledge about providing good customer service. I recommend saving your time and money by going somewhere else. Additionally, the spice level is not suitable for children and there is no separate menu available for them.

Ate at saffron on a Friday evening and sat right down. Service was friendly and very helpful. Atmosphere was chill but it was a little warm inside. By the end of our meal my boyfriend was quite hot. Had to wait about 20-30 minutes for food but it was fresh. GET THE CAULIFLOWER APP. SO GOOD! The lamb entree was pretty good but was expecting more Indian spice and flavor. The garlic naan was yummy. The butter chicken was a fail. Presentation was lovely but taste was bland. Would not recommend (I believe other reviewers said the same). Overall it was a chill experience but could be better.

Found this gem of a restaurant near Ketchum when we were visiting the Sun Valley resort. Service was top notch, food tasted really good and the ambience was neat and clean.
