Greggs - Kettering

It was a chilly, wet day when I walked into the restaurant and noticed that there were no pre-packaged rolls available. Zach, the employee, informed me that they could prepare a 4-roll deal with a mix of vegetarian and meat options, which was very helpful to know. He greeted me with a positive attitude and helped to brighten up my cold day. As it started to rain, he suggested putting the rolls in a paper bag so that I could take them to my car without getting them wet. I appreciated his suggestion and found him to be very helpful. I ordered the rolls, shared them with my dog, and they were still warm by the time I got home. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My friend Sally and I were warmly greeted at the restaurant. There was only a short wait and the prices were reasonable.

My experience at Greggs this morning was awful. The staff was very rude when I inquired about the menu. Their customer service skills were shocking.

Nothing better than if they have the misties, grabs a sausage and speck bap, extremely good value
