Starbucks - Key Biscayne

Closed and in the website they say its open. Making people loose their time !!!!!! Worst!

Overpriced swill!!! I'll never get the Attraction I guess. $6 for a coffee, no thanks.

Came here on New Years Day 2024. Extremely busy and crowded, line out the door for 30/45 minutes. Staff was patient and friendly throughout. I tried the new chicken maple butter breakfast sandwich, not bad. Drinks took a while because only one barista was on the bar, but they did a great job and were patient and kind. Great location and patio too.

My experience today at this Starbucks was terrible. It took a total of 25 minutes to order/receive my cup of coffee this afternoon. When you 're paying an average of $6-8 for a cup of coffee, I find this to be unacceptable. I completely understand that I arrived just before the student dismissal rush in KB, but why would you just have 2 baristas for all of those in-person and mobile orders?!? And there were only 3 people in front of me before I ordered! One of the baristas kept asking the other one how to make the drink so clearly she was new. The other barista was moving at a snail 's pace. It is not the baristas ' fault; it is management. THIS IS POOR MANAGEMENT. If you 're going to be cashing in on hundreds of dollars (at least) on a teenage rush hour, then Starbucks gets to hire more employees for that hour- that are seasoned!
