Feedback gevenWe were served by Dean, whose service was not bad, but he was not at all attentive to my wife and I. First of all we ordered the goat cheese appetizer, which arrived cold and practically tasteless. Having already ordered our entrees we simply sat there at the table and stared at the goat cheese souffle while we waited for our entree. When Dean did come back to the table and asked how it was, we told him about the taste and that we did not like it. He simply said oh well and walked away, he came back again a while later and brought our entrees, again the souffle sat there untouched, this time I told him to get it off the table. He seemed uninterested and again just walked away as if nothing was wrong. My wife tried her entree which was Fettuccine al Profumo di Tartufo, which I thought was very good, but my wife thought the pasta was undercooked and tough to eat, again Dean came the table, but this time he asked if things had improved, at which point my wife stated that she could not eat her pasta dish because of how tough the pasta was. Again Dean just walked away without even attempting to remedy the situation. We sat there for another 15 minutes attempting to get Deans attention, finally he walked over and had the gall to ask if we were ready for dessert. I couldn't believe it, my wife had taken approximately 3 bites of her dish and it sat in the middle of the table the entire time. I had eaten my soup which I enjoyed, but Dean had already known that she was unhappy and had not even attempted to do anything about it. I told him to bring me the check right then and there. We paid it and tipped Dean 20%, having been a waiter I know that food is the kitchens fault and not the server, but Dean should have done something to make us happy. I don't mind paying for food we eat, but the fact that we didn't even eat half of our food and paid full price for it was unsatisfactory. We were visiting from out of town and had been told that we had to visit the restaurant, we were sorely disappointed.
We were served by Dwayne who was friendly, polite and very informative. The food was excellent and served promptly. I had the fillet minion med/well which was more well done (from a European perspective) so maybe ask how you want it cooked. Also we had a table for two meaning one of the party facing the wall, a small gripe but one that may annoy some. Overall though would strongly recommend if you're looking for a great Italian restaurant in KW
We had a fantastic meal last night! The food and service (Ian) were incredible! Fine dining quality food in an easy, laid back environment. This is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Key West! Reservations suggested.
Antonio was very nice we had an excellent waiter Brandon who was more than helpful. We ordered the antipasto salad it was good but more toward a charcuterie board not a salad like what we are used to. It also had to many carrots on it. The linguine and clams with homemade linguine was excellent. I had fettuccine with pancetta peas and mushrooms in a cream sauce it to was spot on. One other issue I had you had to pay for the bread service. Overall will return
Absolutely amazing food! This was probably some of, if not the best pasta dishes we've had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful meal in key west. A 10 minute stroll down the street after watching the sunset Lovely evening.
