Dunkin' - Key West

Run as far away from this dump as possible. Arrived at 5:30 in the morning to no lights on the outside of the building. My guess is they were trying to discourage people from coming. Food was horrible. Ordered hashbrowns and received 3 hash rounds in a wadded up bag. The guy at the window kept trying to give me other people's orders. You would get better service and food digging breakfast out of a dumpster. Corporate needs to close this disaster of a store.

Dry donuts with the tiniest amount of frosting. Not at all worth the $40 for a dozen.

Got donuts at 730am. Donuts were not fresh at all. Tasted like yesterdays. Waste of money. Tried heating up in microwave. Still hard

We were made to pay for double products, without warning us (notably the cortadito). When we pointed out the error, the waitress didn't want to hear anything and pretended it was normal, whereas at other Dunkin Donuts everything goes perfectly.

Dry doughnuts, much more expensive than prices in the mainland, the only have med and large sizes available for coffee and if you don’t speak Spanish don’t expect them to understand what you’re asking for of it’s a complex order.
