Chef Jennifer is amazing…her food, her presentation, her personality. Our first night in Key West was amazing as Chef Jennifer cooked a fabulous surf and turf dinner aboard the boat! …and she topped it off with guava key lime pie with toasted coconut whipped cream for dessert. My family agreed this was the best meal we have ever eaten! Thanks, Chef Jennifer!!!

Jennifer prepared 4 meals for us during our vacation. She presented menus ahead of time, there was great dialogue and she had many ideas. So I had high expectations of the food before we even arrived and she exceeded those expectations. We loved every dish of those 4 meals. She was a joy to work with and you could taste the love in her food.

The first weekend in October 2020 travelled to Key West, Florida for a 50th Birthday Celebration. All Covid Protocol followed. Reached out to Small Chef at Large Catering 2 weeks prior to arrival. She was very accommodating with menu selection and all of my questions. She accommodated 5 women and it was a surprise for the birthday girl. She took pictures and really made the experience worth while. With all of the hiccups that transpired prior to her arrival, she made it happened and even stayed over the scheduled time to accommodate the group. The plating of the meal was fantastic! Salad and grilled veggies were my favorite. The dessert, a salted caramel apple tart, not pictured because it was gone before the snap of the picture.
