Sonic Drive-in - Key West

This was the best Sonic experience I've ever had! We ordered three kids' meals, each with different entrees, sides, drinks, and condiments. They got our entire order right, and it was ready in under five minutes.

Update: One year later. My original review still stands, but they have added more staff and extended their hours. Unfortunately, the service is still lacking. I understand it's fast food, but it shouldn't be that difficult to get a couple of burgers right. The waitstaff can be quite unfriendly, and the pull-up lanes are often closed. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told to go through the drive-thru instead. What’s the point of having those pull-up stalls if they’re never open? Additionally, during my last two visits, they were out of three out of the four items I wanted to order. Sonic makes a great milkshake, but it would be nice if they could keep the menu items in stock. It has been a real letdown!

This restaurant has a fantastic location for a refreshing stop upon arriving in Key West. The service was prompt, and the drinks were just right. As someone from Oklahoma, I'm quite familiar with Sonic, and this one did not disappoint. In fact, it’s one of the coolest Sonics I've ever visited!

Do not visit this place. The staff were rude, the manager was even worse. No, how you doing, not even a smile. They even had to check our order a few times. Wow. Sonic should form you quickly!

When I arrived, I was informed that they were unable to assist me with my order since Google orders weren't going through. However, I still felt accused. The manager simply apologized and said they couldn't help me.
