Bighorn Bistro And - Keystone

I had dinner twice with my wife in this restaurant. the atmosphere is relaxed, but not shaded. very immersed with service, eating (filet mignon and salmon,) wein and gloomy. I find this place to be one of the better places for the money in the summit county.

My friend and I have kept up. we were immediately sat, but informed that they were very busy. we sat there for 10 minutes, and no one stopped at our table. stopped a waiter and asked someone to get at least our drinks. the hostess held back by pouring some water, we ordered a bottle of wine and she said she would get our wine and bring us some bread. we sat for another 7 minutes. Finally, we got up left and the host kept us apologising and let us know that they were extremely busy, but that the bar had full service. No, thanks. I never spoke to a server, a manager who was no one except the hostess. we will never return there again.

Great food and service. Decor a bit dated but not bad.

The view from the restaurant was absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the food didn't quite match that level of quality. While the dessert was enjoyable, the steak and pasta left much to be desired. I can only recommend visiting for the view.
