We sent a message to the chef that we liked the dinner better than the last 2 or 3 times we had been to Ski Tip Lodge. Great place for special occasion celebration!

Everything that we ordered was delicious and had great presentation. Our server, John, was friendly, attentive and informative. We will absolutely be back to The Ranch in the future!

Had to flag down a server to get a drink (waiting 10-15 minutes is too long), although server was very pleasant and explained she was escorting some patrons to the after dinner area. Food very good except for the Steak Tartare, which was full of too many ingredients other than steak. We are steak tartare lovers, and this was probably the worst we've had. All other dishes were superb, so please change the steak tartare recipe.

Waiter John was very attentive. Salmon special was well cooked and actually sweet with the yellow beet dressing. Our first time here and they made us feel like we were regulars. Special treat given to celebrate our anniversary, the after dinner ranch house tops off a great night together.

The atmosphere was exceptional. We asked to move to a table with a better view and our server Scott (and other wait staff) were very accommodating and the level of service very good. Moving to the old cabin for dessert was brilliant. My wife and I are not big eaters and shared a 12 oz Buffalo ribeye and two sides. The kitchen split the order onto two plates, which was the perfect amount for the two of us. The wine list prices are fair and we shared a bottle. The Gran Marnier souffle desert was exceptional. With us sharing the main course the value was fantastic. Even with two main courses it would be reasonable priced for the exceptional service and quality food. Highly recommended. Congratulations to the staff for making our 39th anniversary one to remember.
