Riders Inn Cafe - Keystone

A group of 16 of us spent a week at the Ashland resort, and we spent most of our time dining and socializing at the Riders Inn Cafe. The owner, Don, and the cook, Robert, were fantastic hosts, and the food was excellent. We had both adults and teenagers in our group, and everyone left satisfied with their meals and overall experience. Don even kept the cafe open past closing time so we could enjoy more snacks, play pool, and use the jukebox. We highly recommend this place for its delicious food and for being a safe, comfortable spot to hang out. The free WiFi was a nice bonus too. We can't wait to return!

This restaurant is a great find for the area. The owner was both friendly and professional, while the cook/server was hardworking and extremely polite. Although the exterior of the building may seem a bit rough, the diner bar area is casual and well-maintained. We enjoyed our meals there twice within two days. It’s conveniently located near the hiking trails in a neighborhood that could really benefit from tourism dollars. I highly recommend it for a burger and a beer. It’s one of the very few places open during the week, and we were thankful to have a dining option during our trip from Monday to Wednesday. Finding an open business can be quite challenging outside of Thursday to Sunday.

This is a fantastic local gem! They offer a great selection of beers beyond just Budweiser, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our visit, and we never encountered a single bad experience. Dan even went out of his way to call around for parts for my machine while I was having lunch. The building itself is quite interesting; it used to be an old car dealership built around 1900 and is situated right in the middle of a creek.
