I just loved all of it... also really close to Main street which is a big plus...
Nice place, service was very good, food was decent, but the AC unit in the room is extremely loud and turns on whenever you come in regardless of how cold it is
Sweet place to stay though it was noted elevator tech revision date has been expired as per Sep, 2020 :-P
Good but flawed breakfast Stayed with my wife when came to visit her relatives. We come to Khabarovsk regularly on a yearly basiS. Before stayed in Parus and Sopka hotel. This time we stayed 5 nights. Verba is fresh and clean hotel with designer interiors, spa with 3 different saunas and a tiny gym with 1 treadmill. We stayed in a suite The staff is very attentive and friendly- smiling, which is not a typical Russian emotion. Location is close to the central street- the hotel is surrounded by residential buildings. The only flaw that I can report is breakfast. When you come in the staff greet you but give you the right to choose your table, instead of seating you. As a result of which you have single men occupying a table for 4 persons and families with children having to sit at separate tables as there aren't enough tables for 4. The breakfast is mostly a self serving buffet- you can order eggs. Coffee and milk is in pitchers at entrance along with juice and water, but if you want a cappuccino or latte -you have to pay extra Tables for two are tiny, thus when you are finished with one plate it would be nice if the waiters were there to quickly clear the table, instead they are standing at the entrance and talking to one another. Otherwise it is a good hotel especially if you are in for a short stay.
