Bistro Im Edeka Fiedler - Kiel

The bistro in the EDEKA Fiedler and not to be confused with the old Kiel confectionery with the same name. In the low gastronomy district of Suchsdorf you will find here one (and up to a diner shop on the Rungholtplatz in my knowledge, the only way to take a dish at noon. The SB Restaurant is located at the entrance of the large EDEKA market Fiedler, so many parking spaces via the connected supermarket parking lot. Solid wooden seats are only separated from the supermarket by a larger traffic, but not structurally. The offer differs from the classic SB restaurant shopping center. A table with changing weeks of regular meals, including the classic Schnitzel Wiener Art with Pommes Frites, curry sausage with own supplement, liver cheese with roast potatoes, a plentiful salad bar with changing preparations. Today's main dish Spaghetti Carbonara (Portion at 5,85 € very well prepared, noodles al dente, a refined cream-egg sauce preparation with herbs pleasant, lightly piquant, flavored and refined with bacon discs (not cubes). I rarely have Carbonara better in restaurants. Portion volume for a lunch really lush. The procedure there, as often in such facilities, is assigned a number after the ordering (approximately without technical assistance, in the healthy supermarket e.g. T. hard to hear. The four to six seat groups made of high-quality solid wood do not offer the high-end solution of cosiness, but are suitable for table surfaces well maintained, table decoration with plants, spice area available. Various beverages in 0.33 l containers from 1 to 2 € are available on the food outlet counters. Conclusion: Here in the district there are hardly any alternatives, this is for my perception of one of the better supermarket Bistros.
