Restaurant Pupille - Kiel

We were once again eating in the pupil; we can say that in previous years the portions were spent abundantly, tasty and at moderate prices. We have given up our order, my husband and I have ordered the same dish,Pourladenbrust in peanut sauce at the price of 13.90€.I have been sitting so that I could see a part of the kitchen. The one cook sweeped the floor with a punched rice igbesen and the other cook returned all the dirt together with handcuff and shovel. After that, the hands were wiped briefly in the pants and made further with the preparation of the dishes. Igitt, we should've left lately. Well, our food came and we did not stumble badly,very clearly the whole thing,as we were used to other portions from the previous time. My second piece of fillet was pretty nasty and nubbly, so I called the service to which she then said: 'Yes and what should I do now?.So I answered: 'They are asking me seriously? Then she took my plate with my cutlery and carried it through the restaurant in the kitchen and I got it back so that only one had cut another piece of meat in the kitchen to convince herself, unbelievably. The operation meant that the meat came fresh and disappeared immediately. After felt 10min. she put the meat on a small plate and I said that my sauce and noodles would now be cold and what it is like to run through the place with the essayer and put it back in the way?(I wished that my noodles and the sauce are kept warm and the plate will be refurbished)I was called rude and we were told that we would not have to come back. The boss sat at the vault and got the incident that we were unsatisfied as customers. He had apparently left the pupil. I'm still behind and I wanted to talk to him, but he was swallowed up like the ground. We were not simply or apologise from the staff side and we should pay the full price for this food, although we had moved back to the Tresenkraft, but this ignored us and further folded their napkins. We found the service and the behavior very disappointing and unprofessional! For us it was the last visit to the pupil.

Ehrliche Kost zu fairen Preisen und der Service ist gut! Die Pizzen zum abholen schlagen jeden lieferdienst in kiel um Welten. Zu empfehlen ist auch das selbstgemachte fladenbrot!

Wir gehen regelmässig hier essen-auch mit Sportkollegen. Es gibt gute Pizza und diverse frische , vielfältige Gerichte zu erschwinglichen Preisen....More

Die Pupille gibt es seit mehr als zwanzig Jahren. Ich war schon damals dort gewesen, und sehr gut gegessen zu einem sehr gutem Preis.In der letzten Zeit sind die Preise gestiegen, die Qualität gefallen. Früher war es günstig und lecker, jetzt ist es nicht mehr günstig, dafür aber nicht mehr immer lecker.Letztens war ich dort mit mehreren Freunden und habe von mehreren Gerichten probiert. Manches Essen hat gut geschmeckt, das andere wieder sehr stark nach Instand-Brühe geschmeckt. Vorletztes Mal habe ich das berühmte Knobi-Schwein bestellt. Es sollte Schweinefilet sein. Leider war es kein Filet, sondern ein Stück Schweinebraten soweit ich es erkennen könnte. Als Chef-Empfehlung stand letztens der Mojito. Habe gleicht bestellt, da ich Mojitos sehr gerne trinke. Der war nicht schlecht, leider fast alkoholfrei. 5 Euro für Zuckerwasser mit Eis ist sehr teuer.Das einzige was wirklich gut ist, ist der Service. Die Mädels sind sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.
