It's a great place. I came from Uganda very early in the morning at the central bus stop in Kigali. I could check in my room before 7:00! The price is not fixed. You can negotiate a little. I stayed a few nights and got a decent price. Hot water was also accessible and breakfast was included. In the morning they bring breakfast to your room. I was totally surprised.

Unbelievable what this hotel offers at its price. Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Club, Sauna, Massage and Live Band or Karaoke . The food is freshly cooked and the beer menu is abundant.

Worst hotel I have stayed in Kigali. WiFi was not working, there were no mosquito nets although otherwise stated on their website. First I got a room which had not been cleaned since the last guest. After I complained I got a new room which was only slightly cleaner and both beds smelled like urine. The bathroom was disgusting and the hot water was not working. A pipe was leaking and the drain was blocked so the water in the bathroom was rising. Judging from their talk they knew about this from the beginning. I would never stay here again and I would advise everyone to take another hotel.
