Before eating at Kamana Maui, we looked at plenty of online reviews. There are some negative ones. Please don’t be misled by those reviews. It is difficult to get Indian food supplies on Maui, everything has to be brought in from O’ahu. Sometimes things may be out of stock, so flavor profiles may not always be exactly what one expects. I do a lot of Indian cooking myself at home and know from experience that a small change in a recipe can lead to a slightly different end result. Our food was delicious and there was absolutely nothing we could complain about considering all the circumstances. We will definitely come back and we will definitely recommend Kamana Maui to family and friends.
