Feedback gevenI had the El Pastor and Ceviche, and it was undoubtedly the best Mexican food I've had on Kauai. Although it's in a somewhat hidden location, this place is no joke. The food is incredibly fresh, affordable, and most importantly, delicious. It will blow your mind. *Update* I had to make a return trip to El Ray on our last day in Kauai, and I'm absolutely convinced that the Pastor is the best Mexican food I've ever eaten.
The tacos here are delicious, straightforward, and truly authentic. They might just be the best thing I've tasted in Kauai.
The Chicken Fajitas are freshly grilled, and when you add the red salsa, it transforms into a truly delicious meal.
Delicious! We had an order of two pastor tacos and the child’s bean and cheese burrito. The pastor cooked perfectly! took me back to my travels in Mexico. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, look no further than El Rey food truck. I’ll be coming back again for these pastor tacos!
