Huddle House - Kilgore

For most ladies on the morning crew in this facility, they are wonderful and have made every experience here amazing for me and mine man, but today afternoon on the 1st. juni came to eat for my man and I paid. the rude black lady didn't let me get the free waffel, even though I bought his escape. she rolled her eyes on us, and came up with everyone saying not to give us that wad. that brings the worst taste in my mouth, and I will never eat again in another Huddle house.

The food is edible. Nice people work here. I've been three times and spent an hour each time. Don't really feel like waiting around again.

40 minutes after we ordered we still didn't have food it was breakfast how long does it take to cook a egg

First time ever to any Huddle House. It was pretty good. Had the pattymelt. Was not overly impressed with the sandwich (it was OK not great) the onion rings were very good. The restaurant was clean, I did see the staff sanitizing tables and chairs when guests left. Staff was friendly and engaging. Food was prepared quickly and served hot. Easy in and out location. It's definitely worth the stop.

Well the food was not good now I don't know how many people can mess up an egg but they managed to do that the food that the other people in the party have they didn't have a problem with it it was some of the breakfast bowls, we can have a problem with this manager stormy my daughter was smoking a vape at the table nothing was said there's no signs nowhere this is the manager stormy came over and was very very rude about the vape I mean she didn't come over and say excuse me ma'am could you please put that out we don't allow it she just came over and immediately started snapping so we had to report her for them because that was not very professional there was a better way to do it and then we pay for one of their new pancakes to go so I'm like $7 or 8 dollars I don't remember how much it was then we did not get it we came home without it the last few experiences we've had there has been like this so I don't know what they can do to improve it but they do need to do something to approve it and they do need to put signs up so people know that there is no vaping at the tables are inside the restaurant.
