Mcdonald's - Kilgore

The McDonald’s in Kilgore,Tx is ridiculous. They never get your order right, they don’t say thank you . When you give them your code you don’t get the discount and then your app shows you already used that discount. This is the last time I go to this McDonald’s!

Amazing food, service was.. quite delayed, however the overall experience was fine

Takes 10 minutes for them to take my order in the drive thru when there is nobody in line.

Unfortunately, on the day I last visited, there seemed to be mass confusion at the drive-through window. The first person that began taking my order did not understand English very well or could not multi-task. For the first time ever I could audibly hear three different people trying to get my order entered correctly. It was very frustrating having to repeat myself over and over. But, we survived. The food was delicious. Hopefully, they can improve their choices on the personnel they decide to place in that particular position moving forward.

We chose to go through the drive through to get dinner to take home. We went at dinner time, so expected a little bit of a wait, but sat in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes. Got to the first window and repeated the order and paid. Got to the second window and they tried to give us happy meals that were not on our order. Repeated the order again and then the person disappeared to the back. Another 10 minute wait, but finally were handed bags. We pulled forward a bit as to not block the line to check that everything was there, but it wasn't. We parked and went inside with the receipt. Waited an additional 20 minutes at the counter to get the rest of our order, but of course the items we had already received were cold. Needless to say, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
