The aroma of coffee and books fills the air! What's not to adore?

This coffee shop/bookstore is one of my favorites in Kilgore! As a recent student at Kilgore College, I would often stop by between or after classes to grab a coffee and browse through the books. While their selection of books isn't the largest, they make up for it with a welcoming atmosphere, incredibly friendly service, and delicious coffee. The building used to be a house, and the bookshelves are situated in the various rooms, including upstairs, while the coffee shop is located to the side with its own entrance. There are also spaces for college students to study in groups, as well as cozy nooks where you can enjoy a book along with a cup of hot coffee or tea. I highly recommend it—100 out of 10!

First time to visit. Nice quite place, plenty of books, new and slightly used. Good price on a hardback, that would have been a paperback at Wal-Mart. Hardback was a new book.

Outstanding and down-to-earth customer service! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. The children's corner is a fantastic addition and provides great entertainment for the little ones! The barista is exceptional and very knowledgeable! I absolutely love this place!
