Wendy's - Kilgore

I placed an online order 20 minutes ahead of time and when I got there, they had no cooked potatoes. We were told that it would take an additional 20 minutes. Agree agreeing to wait, 30 minutes pass and I called asking where our food was. I was told theywere ready but they forgot to bring us our food. Now, after calling asking where our food is and being promised it was comingright out, we have waited an additional 15 minutes with still no food.

I love going here! I make it my first stop when heading to dallas,the staff are very friendly it?s always clean,service is great and fast never waited 6 mins for my breakfast that?s always made fresh and with love! I love mrs christy as well she?s a verysweet and kind soul! See y?all soon

15+ minutes to get a breakfast burger with almost 5 employees just standing there ! Doing nothing just laughing like little kids! If your white they would have your order ready asap but if you a person of color they wont give you your order till theyfeel like giving it to you!

I had Ranch chicken Asiago sandwich. It was very good. Nice size chicken breast. Super yummy!! Would definitely order again.
