Kendals Brasserie - Kilkenny

Staying at Mt. Juliet we ate on the grounds and had a verynice upsscale meal and excellent service. Although I've never been charged for drinking water in Ireland, but was here.

I love going to Kendals, the dining room is gorgeous with well-spaced tables. The food is consistently delicious and they have a fantastic menu!

Had breakfast in Kendals Brasserie as part of our night stay in Mount Juliet. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast had plenty selection, something for everyone. The cooked breakfast had some nice options on the menu. I ordered the boxty with fried eggs. I have to say I wasn't too impressed. But the people I travelled with ordered the full Irish and French toast and they did not have a complaint about it. Portions were good and food was excellent quality.

Very busy as the golf club use this restaurant. At present July 2016 there is building work. Staff very pleasant and chatty.

You won't go hungry here, great menu selections, from starters, main courses, and desserts, allthough my duck was cooked to crisp, other guests were very pleased with selections, food presentation classic, wait service good.
