Room service amazing staff brilliant leisure centre was fantastic

After checking into a dump of room over a pub and realizing we would not be able to sleep there, we walked over to the Ormonde Hotel and hoped they had a room available. Mya at the front desk was a doll and booked us into a room that had just been canceled. She was very kind and accommodating and made us feel much better after our previous experience at the place nearby. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, staff were helpful, and breakfast was very tasty. I appreciate the little touches in the room such as heated mirrors (to prevent fogging), a built-in bench for luggage, and several outlets near the bed. Would 100% recommend staying at the Ormonde. Ironically, they were less expensive than the dump around the corner. Lesson learned.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant - the ambiance was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, but what really stood out was the night porter. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable with his exceptional service and professionalism. I will definitely be returning because of him.

The restaurant is fine, overall, but the only downside is that you have to pay for parking.
