I had the best vegetarian breakfast I have had. Its a lovely restaurant, nestled in the Beaufort countryside. There is also a shop attached which carry beautiful Irish knitwear etc.
Had lunch here after a lovely walk up the Gap. They have a lovely menu only lunch, not dinner). The food was fresh and well presented. It’s much quieter than the other cafe and has a more relaxed atmosphere. My brother had his 3 dogs with him which was no problem for the owner and we were lucky enough to be able to sit outside in the lovely garden. Everyone 4adults, 2 children and 3 dogs) enjoyed their food and the service was very quick. I’ll definitely be going back again.
W e dropped i for refreshment and had delicious home made cakes and soup. Service was friendly and fairly speedy. There is an interesting garden for a stroll around.
This is an absolutely adorable restaurant with delicious food. Situated at the foot of the Gap of Dunloe is the perfect place for lunch before or after going to the Gap. Seafood Chowder is outstanding as was the Black Pudding Quiche m
