Chick-fil-a - Killeen

I was extremely impressed! It was my first time there and I absolutely loved the food. The chicken was incredibly juicy and delicious. The staff came to our table to offer refills and asked if we wanted them to clear our trash. We politely declined, but appreciated the gesture. They were very friendly and attentive to their customers. I am definitely a fan and can't wait to return!

Although the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food justifies it. The total for the meal in the picture came to $18, but everything was fresh and tasty. I was especially impressed by the delicious tortilla soup. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, but be aware that the service may not be very fast. The lines are always long and the food takes some time to be prepared.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by every single staff member with a warm "welcome to Chick-fil-A!" The employee who took our order was incredibly kind and friendly. To top it off, we even scored a free frosted lemonade because of an extra one they made by mistake! This experience at Chick-fil-A was exceptional, unlike any other location I've visited. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely be returning!

I have my order for the lock delivery since the line was decent long. Waited over 20 minutes from the time I gave up my order to have brought my order to me. Watch the drive thru line move efficiently. If the ride could have gone through the line twice when I waited for my food. If you have curbside orders available, it must be efficient.

Food and service was great, but watch the line together. They do not say who should follow more, but someone who handed out the revenues and directs the traffic so that a driver who was in a hurry jumped the line and almost pulled out the front of my car. Luckily the staff noticed and recovered quickly so that my food came to me and they had to wait their turn.
