If you miss the South and are feeling nostalgic, go here! EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection and you won't leave hungry or unsatisfied. The restaurant is very clean and you couldn't ask for more pleasant wait staff. This place will definitely be a frequently visited spot for me. Highly recommend!

I had the buttered rice and beans with chicken wings and it was very, very good!! Definitely gonna try something else next time and I bet it will be as good!! The staff is courteous and attentive and the price is quite reasonable.There was a line before the door was even opened. People know good food when they find it!!

The food definitely gave the definition of sole food . The place was small and really packed. A lot of people were there which gave a sign of good service. The fries were seasoned seasoned. I can tell a black person was back there cooking. It was a lot of food as well. I do recommend this place only for people who love highly over seasoned food. Candied Yams, collard greens, green beans, mac cheese

This was a random chance coming here and oh my God the food was amazing!!!!!! Those candied yams where the bomb!!!! Geechie basket , it had Catfish,shrimp,chicken , hush puppies, I substituted the fries for yams. There was a lady here that waited 45 mins for the yams so I knew they had to be good!!!!
