I waited 10 minutes in line to order because the intercom system was broken. I ordered a grown man combo extra pickles and bacon loaded fries. While waiting another car pulled in and the receptionist promptly went outside and took that driver's order. I waited for my food. Got back to the house. Opened the box of fries which was out into the bad sideways so sauce had drained out. First fork bite hair in the fries. Opened my burgers no pickles tomato wilted. Called and got a refund.
Ordered last week. Burger was good, but was charged $5 for extra fries I did not receive, and charged extra for 4 frozen lemonades that just came regular with ice. We live further away, so we wouldnt have made it back in time. Fries were a bit salty, and greasy but were good. The lemonade was my kind of sweet vs tart. I contacted, and was refunded for the drinks, but not for the fries. I was to receive a gift card for a next visit, but did not receive. Contacted the following day, and last left with Let me check right now but I havent heard anything since. BUT the food was good, tho, just re-re-check your order before leaving.
We ordered off of their website. We have been to the one in Cove, loved it! I frequent the one right off post for lunch with work buddies For this order, my wife and I ordered 2 burgers, basket of fries and an order of banana pudding. We did receive our order in a decent amount of time thanks to door dash. We did not receive the banana pudding, they sent strawberry cake. We do not like strawberry cake. It went straight in the trash. I called to let them know the wrong item was sent. The gentleman I spoke to stated that if I received the cake, they were out of pudding. Didn't say a word to me or the delivery driver. I asked the gentleman if he just put it in the bag and didn't say anything. He said yes. Bit into my burger, no bacon. Receipt said we paid for bacon. I called back, asked to speak to a manager, he said there wasn't one there. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said there wasn't one there. A Manager would be available tomorrow around 11. I then told him that my burger did not have bacon. He proceeded to argue and say if the screen said bacon, there was bacon on the burger. I told him we paid for it, but no bacon. He continued to argue. I hung up. This place has awesome burgers but I will not be back due to flippant, rude customer service. This store was on Fort Hood street. Order No. 630020328
Ordered 2 combos for my husband and I through Uber eats and all we got was a burger. No fries and no drink. Will never order from there again. I didn?t even get my toppings ??????????? Respond to owner: where do I need to email you?
