Taiwan Dragon - Killeen

This little bitty hole in the wall restaurant is the best I’ve ever had. You enter the restaurant and see they are big supporters of military and that means a lot to me! The walls are filled with photos of service members who have frequented the place. Add to that they are always so nice. They always have my food ready And packaged well! The food is given in super size portions and the price is decent. I now go about once a week! I carry their menu in my purse as I’ve always ordered the same thing and now I’m wanting to try everything! Now they know me by name and talk to me about how my job as a nurse is going. #kungpowchicken is delicious and I have enough that I can eat on it for a few meals!

One of the few Chinese food restaurants that I have been to that has it all; great atmosphere, clean dining room, fast friendly service, great prices and amazing food. They are obviously a big supporter of the military, and have been for a long time. One of those treasured places you find that gives you a dozen reasons to keep coming back. Thank you Taiwan Dragon!

Very friendly staff and the food was quite good. Nice to see the decor consisting of photos of many Fort Hood and Army leaders of the past. Got the Mongolian pork quite good.

This Chinese restaurant is simply AMAZING! I ordered the Rainbow rice and added some chives (definitely get extra if you love chives; they’re the perfect finishing touch). The staff greeted me promptly and were incredibly friendly. I left feeling very satisfied after devouring everything, including the spring rolls (absolutely delicious), the egg drop soup (so good), and a few other dishes. I will definitely be ordering the Rainbow rice again, so make sure to try it out—don’t forget the chives! I’m really glad my friend recommended this spot and suggested the chives on the rice.

This is a cozy restaurant with excellent food, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The friendly service made us feel very welcome. Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful dining experience!
