Feedback gevenNever with only 1 star, but I had to throw away 2 of my designs that I ordered for the smell of food. I thought it was me first, but other family members felt the same. The other two dishes were definitely old. I hope they had a bad night and they don't always serve it.
They gave my husband the completely wrong food in his pocket and accused him essentially wrong. They had the last 4 of my cell on the entrance, so clear they got confused. I told you. HOWEVER-I called and explained the problem. She read back what was in the bag. Yes, ma?am, that's not what we ordered.? To confuse it even more, the order we have received did not have everything in it. Then she needed my order. Must repeat it. She said we could come back and get our order. I wanted it to be cooked again for 45 minutes. Okay, she told me 20 minutes and NIE offered to make it her BIG mistake. But I thought they would make it right that we don't pay the $6.90 difference. NOPE. Husband's here. The employee made a big thing the whole food was? not in order. I don't know what to say. No APOLOGIES. My husband said she was upset all the time. Then she asked about the $6.90 LOL. My husband gave her a $20 and said you owe me $6.90 for my gas and time, especially because your sympathy is not-existent. He has home food is cold and soggy. Obviously it was the original and not new. She said someone had our order and took the food we got and took it back. THEN TO TOP IT OFF-I noticed that she gave us the egg rolls from the wrong order we received. I called and she argued. The reception says 4:50PM, this is proof. OBJECTIVE. NOT ORDER OF ANIMAL COVID. I'm a nurse and this is so dangerous and unlived. I'll drive for 30 minutes. We threw the $47 food away. Note to the owner: NIE TAKE FOOD BACK. Don't you know what the people did with the food? re mad. Only APOLOGIZE and ask the customer to come back for the right meal. - SG
Delicious food, especially egg rolls. The fried rice tasted like rubber, so it was probably overcooked. Everything else was great besides the fact that they are still in Covid mode and don't let yourself sit inside! They have this box where they eat, and they don't even leave you in the restaurant! I don't know why and I'm not sure why they don't open the inside again. It doesn't matter to eat in the car, but I want them to get out of Kovid mode since July 2021
Nice surprise! The best Chinese food we had in quite a long time. New in the area and for the first time they try. Will go back as long as quality remains so good.
The new owner has really turned Great Wall around. We use to have to drive down to Clinton to get our Chinese food, now I can say I do not have to travel more than three minutes down the road, the food is always ready by the time they say it will be if it isn't sooner. Food is not greasy (sometimes you'll get an egg roll or sweet sour chicken from other restaurants and they are just a grease sponge). Everyone is very courteous and willing to explain what comes in each meal, etc. A very nice Chinese restaurant that I would recommend to anyone especially to North Madison and Killingworth locals!
