Arctic Circle - KIMBERLY

So we're very sad. This place has only become a place for the rich. Almost $8.00 for a milkshake. The prices are exaggerated. We can't come with this greedy take principle attack, so we never go back.

They put so much sauce on the burgers that the buns tasted like raw dough. It was literally inedible. Never have I not been able to finish a fast food burger, but after 1 bite of 2 different burgers I had to toss it all. Yuck

Okay. I've had some bad experiences before, but I think I've had a bad experience at nearly every fast food restaurant I have been to at some time. But last night, the staff was on point. They were fun to interact with, courteous, fast, and understanding. Our ice cream run ended up being more than just ice cream. Excellent work, Arctic Circle of Kimberly!

I?ve heard so many bad things about this place I just had to come see for myself? lol it?s just as bad as everyone says! Holy moly I be waiting like 6 hours for my food and these bathrooms look like they haven?t even been looked at by the employees! These poor kids just need better leadership and this place would be AMAZING! But for now 0 stars :

Spent $33 again and it was a total waste of money! Burgers were burned and SO DRY couldn't eat them. Together so sloppy, dry, no sauce and even cheese was burned. Buns were also rough. The same was the last time we went there. Staff are too busy to play around and talk as paying attention to customers and they are rude. I'm sorry to interrupt you while you should work! When you call and complain, they just say they bring all the food back. It's hard if you get it up in the drive and get off the road, I can't get it back if I'm already on the highway.
